2 Account Registration & Management

Account Security

General Bonus Terms & Conditions
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a bonus (typically 5–30x the bonus amount)
- Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account

- Minimum odds applicable to bonus bets will be stated in the relevant terms
- If the wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited

Promo Code
Promotion codes must be used within the validity period of the associated offer. Expired codes will not be accepted under any circumstances. Promotion codes are not for sale or transfer.
5 Payments & Financial Transactions

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, New Bet reserves the right to void a bet in the following circumstances:
- If an Event is Cancelled or Postponed
- If a technical error is detected in the odds
- If match fixing or other irregularities are detected
- If an event is not completed due to force majeure
Live Betting
Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. new bet is not liable for any bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the New Bet platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or bonus harvesting
- Using another person's account
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Money laundering or illegal payments
- Exploiting security vulnerabilities in the platform
- Registering or passing verification using false information
- Threatening or harassing other members
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks against the platform
Consequences: If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

New Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Failure to verify age or identity
- Extended account inactivity (over 12 months)
- Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, balances may be forfeited in cases involving fraudulent activity.
12 Changes to Terms & Conditions
New bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email and on the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account.
